We have all seen photos of flooding and heard reports of how high the flood waters have reached in the past. Maybe, you have experienced a flood in your own home. Flood waters can carry a lot of unhealthy debris in to your home, so always wear gloves and protective clothing when working on water removal and flood cleanup projects.
Start your water removal project by inspecting the damage to your home. Look at each room of your home that has been affected by the flood and try to determine the amount of water that you need to remove. Look for pools of water in closets and in cabinets as well as on the visible floor.
